Sky Parks Development – MIA project
Calleja Ltd. had a main overseeing task of providing lighting fixtures and environment for the newly planned Sky parks development project.
The Skyparks building will feature a :

All the above criteria have contributed to the fact that the assessment process conducted by BREEAM will lead to SkyParks becoming Malta’s first Grade A office park.
Based in the UK, BREEAM is the leading and most widely used environmental assessment method for buildings. It sets the standard for best practice in sustainable design and has become the de facto measure used to describe a building’s environmental performance.
SkyParks Business Centre is investing in Calleja Ltd. to provide the highest level of energy efficient systems for lighting plans to maximise energy conservation whilst limiting wastages in lighting systems. In doing this SkyParks intends to ensure an improved internal environment with high indoor quality.
